I am an experienced team coach, with more than twenty years of guiding teams in complex organisational contexts.
At the same time, I am a visual artist and ceramicist, working with clay and porcelain as my primary language.
In my practice, coaching and art come together, allowing creation, reflection and development to unfold side by side.
